RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Applies To: Fresh Juice, Juice Concentrates, Fruit Pulp, Fruit Puree, Detox Products.
Covered Parties: Manufacturers, Wholesalers, Retail Customers

1. General Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products and the importance of consumer health and safety, we enforce a strict return and refund policy based on product type, recipient classification, and local regulatory requirements.

2. Eligibility for Returns:
Product Type: Fresh Juice
Return Eligibility: Not eligible (see 4.1)
Time Frame: N/A

Product Type: Juice Concentrates
Return Eligibility: Eligible if unopened
Time Frame: Within 7 days

Product Type: Fruit Pulp
Return Eligibility: Not eligible (see 4.1)
Time Frame: N/A

Product Type: Fruit Puree
Return Eligibility: Eligible if unopened
Time Frame: Within 7 days

Product Type: Detox Products
Return Eligibility: Eligible if unopened & unused
Time Frame: Within 7 days

3. Conditions for Return
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
Product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Product has not been temperature-abused or stored incorrectly.
Damage or spoilage is reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Proof of purchase and photographic evidence is provided for damaged or spoiled items.

4. Exemptions and Safety Disclaimers
4.1 Perishability Clause
Due to the high perishability and food safety risks associated with fresh juice, fruit pulp, and similar refrigerated items, we do not accept returns of these items. This is in accordance with:
FDA Food Code (USA)
EU Regulation (EC) No 178/2002
FSSAI Guidelines (India)

4.2 Food Safety Disclaimer
All products are produced and packaged in certified facilities under hygienic conditions. Once delivered, we are not responsible for:
Improper handling, storage, or refrigeration.
Cross-contamination after delivery.
Delayed opening/consumption past recommended usage.

5.Returns by Category
5.1 Retail Customers.
Refunds or exchanges granted for eligible products upon complaint verification.
Perishable items may be refunded (not returned) if delivery error or quality issue is proven within 24 hours.

5.2 Wholesale Customers.
Returns accepted only for non-conforming goods.
Must notify within 48 hours of delivery with inspection report.
Refunds are credited toward future purchases or restocked where legally permissible.

5.3 Manufacturers (B2B Clients).
Returns governed by terms of supply agreement.
Quality discrepancies must be documented through third-party inspection.
Refund or credit applied only after validation of fault (batch testing may be required).

6. Return Process.

2. Provide order number, product photos, and reason for return.
3. Await instructions for refund, credit, or destruction of goods (if non-returnable).
4. Refunds processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

7. Legal Disclaimers
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
Our liability is limited to the value of the product sold, not consequential losses.
Local jurisdiction laws may override or supplement this policy; consult your regional food authority for details.
