All products are manufactured and packaged in certified facilities and intended for consumption only under proper storage and usage guidelines.

3. Health & Safety Disclaimer
3.1 No Medical Claims
Our detox products and other items are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You should consult your physician before starting any dietary or health-related product, especially if pregnant, nursing, or on medication.

3.2 Allergens
Products may contain or be processed in facilities that handle nuts, soy, gluten, dairy, or other allergens. It is the buyer’s responsibility to review product labeling before consumption.

3.3 Perishability and Storage
Fresh and semi-perishable items must be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon receipt. We are not liable for any degradation in quality due to improper handling or delayed refrigeration by the customer.

4. Return and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products:
Fresh Juice, Fruit Pulp, and similar perishables are non-returnable.
Non-perishable, unopened items (like sealed juice concentrates or detox kits) may be returned within 7 days, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
No returns accepted for opened, used, or temperature-sensitive items, unless faulty or damaged upon delivery.

5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
Misrepresent personal or business information during checkout or wholesale application
Use the website to commit fraud or disrupt service
Resell or distribute our products without prior authorization (unless under a wholesale agreement)

6. Wholesale and B2B Terms
6.1 Manufacturers & Distributors
B2B customers are subject to additional terms as outlined in their Supply or Distribution Agreement.

6.2 Inspection Period
Wholesale clients must inspect goods within **48 hours** of delivery. Claims made after this period may be denied unless legally mandated.

6.3 Liability Limits
Our liability for wholesale contracts is **capped at the invoice value** of the disputed goods. We are not liable for consequential or indirect losses.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (including text, images, trademarks, and logos) is the property of Aaramos Exports and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Any health outcomes from misuse or misunderstanding of product usage
Losses arising from delayed or failed deliveries due to third-party logistics
Any damages beyond the product cost, including incidental or consequential losses

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mumbai Courts, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai.
